Terms & Conditions

General Conditions:

1) This warranty is confined to the end user of the product only.

2) Geographical Limit: Within India

3) Policy is non-transferable. Only new device shall be recovered.

4) Extended warranty is applicable only when warranty purchased from company app within 180 days of product purchase

5) This warranty is applicable only for the personal use of product by purchaser and warranty will be void if product used for any Commercial purpose

6) For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the Company's Own/ Authorized Service Centre,all expenses incurred in collection the unit or parts thereof from the Company's Own/Authorized Service Centre, as well as expenses incurred for deputing of service personnel/technicians towards to and fro travel, conveyance and other incidentals etc. will be borne by the customer.

7) In the event of repairs/replacement of any parts of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remaining force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repair/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.

8) The company or its authorized Service Centre, reserves the right to retain any parts or components replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.

9) Any change of address shall be intimated to concerned Service Centre/Company for continuation of warranty. Warranty for the unexpired period shall continue after the product is inspected by the concerned Service Centre and the product is found free from any type of physical damages on Product/it’s part, which can void warranty of Product. The customer shall have to pay a visiting charge towards inspection, as applicable. In case of any type of damage, the product shall be repaired by the concerned Service Centre on chargeable basis and warranty for unexpired period to continue.

10) The company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part only. The maximum claims if entertained by the company will be subject to the maximum retail price of the product purchased or the purchase price, whichever is lower.

11) In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and spares not being available, the company's prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs.

12) The warranty does not cover any accessories external to the system.

13) The warranty is issued at Greater Noida, and Courts at Greater Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters covered or flowing from this warranty

14) We may subcontract the services provided under any this Service Contract without any prior notice to Customer

15) This extended warranty is not applicable for any preventive service & applicable for breakdown complaints.

Exclusions:

1) Breakdown caused by not following company's instructions

2) Breakdown due to willful act, abuse, negligence.

3) The cost of general maintenance, adjustments, resetting of controls, tuning, cleaning.

4) Any loss arising out of normal wear and tear of the covered Asset or its parts

5) Any modification to the covered Asset or use which is not in accordance with the company’s instructions or use of any accessory which has not been approved.

6) Any loss arising due to any external cause such as fire, flood, lightning, theft, mysterious disappearance, malicious mischief, vandalism, explosion, water damage

7) Use of covered Asset in a commercial environment, unless specifically accepted by us

8) Any cost for the replacement or reinstatement of any data, software, information or music stored, on the covered Asset.

9) Any legal liability, consequential loss, loss of use or damage/injury to third party.

10) Any equipment whose warranty schedule, invoice, receipt or serial plate has been modified, defaced or ruined or tampered.

11) Losses arising out of any third party software related issues or issues arising out of the abnormal functioning of OS (operating system).

12) War or war like operations (whether war be declared or not), cyber-attacks, civil commotion, confiscation, requisition or destruction or damage by order of any Government or by any public, municipal or local authority.

13) Any failure of the covered Equipment to operate as a result of problems with respect to the network infrastructure, beneficiary's network subscription or similar service issues

14) Loss or damage caused by incorrect storage, poor maintenance, willful negligence, incorrect installation, incorrect set-up, unless the ASC representative would confirm otherwise due substantiation.

15) Loss or damage as a result of attack by unauthorized software/virus, software faults and manufacturing defect owing to which a covered equipment fails to operate.

Your Responsibilities:

1) You are required to correctly select the right Plan for your product/Item based on condition, price and purchase location.

2) It is your responsibility to properly maintain, store and use your product according to the company instructions and take all reasonable steps to use your equipment as prescribed by the company.

3) Ensure your device/Covered item invoice is electronically generated (printed). In case of manual invoices or fraudulent invoices, rejection of requests will be at the discretion of our Services.
